About Dauphin Grille

The Berkeley Hotel has a very interesting history: the Good, the Great and the not so wonderous times. We are very proud to have been asked to become part of a new chapter in its history. The Dauphin Grille and the Berkeley Bar bring a unique and interestingly different place to dine, drink and enjoy the New Asbury Park. Dauphin is the French for dolphin but is also known as the emblem for the crown prince of France. It’s a play on word for us because our cuisine is what we call Seasonal Bistro Fare with a European flare. The Dauphin Grille and The Berkeley Bar combines “Old School” with an innovative approach to cocktails and fine dining to bring you a exceptional sensory experience. ~~~
